Ibérico is a heritage Spanish breed prized for its rich marbling and nutty, buttery flavor. Our pigs live on pasture with constant access to fresh grass, are raised without corn or soy, and are part of our regenerative farming practices. The result is exceptional pork from animals and land that are well cared for.
